Brett Anderson will start Game 3 of the ALDS. Anderson made it through a bullpen session Saturday without experiencing any lingering discomfort in his oblique. The A's are down 2-0 to the Tigers in the five-game ALDS and will need a strong showing from the young lefty. A.J. Griffin will start Game 4 if the A's can stay alive.
