Brett Anderson (neck) is on target to make his next scheduled Cactus League start. Anderson left Sunday's outing with a strained right trapezius muscle and also had his Tuesday bullpen session pushed back, but he's expected to be fine. The left-hander should be a nice fantasy option in his first full season back from Tommy John surgery.
