Brett Anderson (foot) has been playing catch the past two days on one knee. Anderson still isn't allowed to walk on his right foot, which has a navicular stress fracture, so he's looking for inventive ways to keep his arm in shape. "It's almost a good tool - I have to stay in line, or I'd fall over," Anderson said. "I get to be out in the sun, it breaks up my time in the training room, I feel more like a baseball player again, and I can build my arm strength back up." Anderson will get his foot scanned again on June 14 to see how it's healing. He remains hopeful of avoiding surgery.
