Brett Anderson (elbow) was clocked at 93 mph in his second rehab appearance Friday at Triple-A Sacramento. Anderson was averaging 91.5 mph on his fastball prior to Tommy John surgery, so its notable progress. There's still no timetable for his return to Oakland, but he'll likely need most of his 30-day rehab window before receiving medical clearance.
