Brett Anderson (elbow) threw a 30-pitch bullpen session Sunday and will throw live batting practice on Wednesday and Sunday. If those sessions go well, he'll then be cleared to begin a rehab assignment. Anderson has been throwing all his pitches in bullpen sessions, but he'll obviously need a lengthy rehab assignment as he works his way back from Tommy John surgery. He's shooting to return sometime in August.
