Brendan Ryan (neck) is unlikely to rejoin the Mariners until the team returns home Monday. An MRI earlier this week revealed a "disc issue" in his upper back, but Ryan has received treatment and could still return before the end of the season. The 29-year-old infielder is batting .248/.313/.326 with three homers, 39 RBI and a .639 OPS over 494 plate appearances.
