Brendan Ryan (back) will not be activated Monday. CBS Sports' Jon Heyman was initially told that Ryan was going to join the Yankees in time for Monday's game in Anaheim, but that report proved false. Ryan, who has been on the disabled list all season, could return Tuesday.
