Braves signed RHP Juan Jaime. The deal covers the rest of 2011 and the 2012 season, according to MLB Trade Rumors. Jaime was designated for assignment by the Diamondbacks over the weekend in order to make room for the newly-signed Lyle Overbay on the 40-man roster. The 24-year-old hasn't pitched since undergoing Tommy John surgery last April.
