Braves released RHP Scott Proctor. He was cleared to make room for prospect right-hander Arodys Vizcaino. Proctor, 34, has been completely awful this season, posting a 6.44 ERA and 18/19 K/BB ratio over 29 1/3 innings. He won't be missed.
