Braves placed C Brian McCann on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to March 22, with a right shoulder injury. McCann is currently in rehab mode from offseason shoulder surgery. He has begun hitting in minor league games and should be ready to go out on an official minor league rehab assignment around April 16. If all goes well, he could be activated by the end of April.
