Milwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Brandon Woodruff has been optioned to Triple-A Colorado Springs Sky Sox after Zach Davies was activated from the 10-day disabled list. Despite a two perfect inning appearance from Woodruff on Wednesday against the Arizona Diamondbacks, he still has lots of work to do after his seven-run start against the Colorado Rockies back on May 11. He goes back to Triple-A with a 2-0 record, 6.05 ERA, and 20 strikeouts in 19 1/3 innings pitched.
