Brandon Webb (shoulder) allowed six hits and four runs in two-thirds of an inning in his next rehab start on Sunday for Double-A Frisco. Ouch. Webb threw three scoreless innings Tuesday for Frisco and was pleased with his stuff, but five days later he was torched. The former Cy Young winner is a long ways away from contributing with the Rangers.
