Brad Snyder went 2-for-3 with his first career home run in Sunday's loss to the Mariners. Snyder, promoted on June 10 in the wake of Mitch Moreland's injury, took Mariners starter Hisashi Iwakuma deep to give the Rangers an early lead. The 32-year-old has three hits in his first 14 at-bats, but he should continue to see playing time at first base with the Rangers' lack of better options.
