Brad Hand tossed four shutout innings in his start versus the Cardinals on Thursday. A 2.70 spring ERA wasn't quite enough for Hand to win a rotation spot, but the Marlins will carry him as a middle reliever and could give him a look as a starter later. He won't be worth picking up in NL-only leagues unless he's added to the rotation.
