Brad Hand lasted just three innings and gave up five runs in a loss to the Nationals on Monday. Hand was making his first start in place of the injured Jacob Turner. He impressed this spring and he had been pitching well in relief, so the Marlins will stick with him after this. NL-only leaguers should continue to exercise caution, though.
