Brad Hand allowed two runs over 6 1/3 innings of a no-decision against the Phillies on Wednesday. Hand allowed seven hits and a walk, striking out just three. It was just his second career start, and the left-hander now owns a 3.05 ERA over 20 2/3 innings. The 23-year-old may be in contention for a rotation spot next season after this year's showing.
