Boyd was optioned to Triple-A Toledo after Sunday's 6-3 loss to Cleveland.

Recalled from Triple-A Toledo on Saturday, Boyd held the Indians scoreless over the final 4.2 innings of Sunday's game. He'll need a few days off after throwing 69 pitches, but it won't be surprising if he's called back up within the next couple weeks.
