Boston manager John Farrell indicated that he would like to see Kelly (biceps) up around the 95-pitch mark before he makes his regular season debut, the Boston Globe reports. Kelly (five innings, 78 pitches) and Steven Wright (six innings, 95 pitches) both pitched in an intrasquad game in Florida on Monday, but based on Farrell's comments, it looks like Wright may get the call this weekend when the Red Sox needs a fifth starter. Both pitchers were scheduled to join the Red Sox in Philadelphia for the continuation of their series with the Phillies.
