Blue Jays signed INF Juan Francisco to a minor league contract. Hector Gomez of the Dominican radio station ZDeportes first reported the deal, and it's been confirmed by Blue Jays play-by-play man Mike Wilner. Francisco will report to Triple-A Buffalo, where he'll provide organizational depth for the Jays.
