Blue Jays recalled RHP Neil Wagner from Triple-A Buffalo. Wagner had a rough spring and was unable to secure an Opening Day bullpen job, but he's up now and will try to make himself useful in middle relief. The 30-year-old right-hander owns a 4.19 career ERA in the majors.
