Blue Jays purchased the contract of RHP Neil Wagner from Triple-A Buffalo. Wagner was pitching as the closer with Buffalo and had a 0.89 ERA, 13 saves and a 32/8 K/BB ratio over 20 1/3 innings. The hard-throwing 29-year-old hasn't pitched in the majors since 2011 as a member of the Athletics.
