Blue Jays placed RHP Josh Johnson on the 15-day disabled list with a right forearm injury. Johnson was scratched from his scheduled turn in the Blue Jays' starting rotation on Monday and reported no improvement in his throwing arm on Tuesday. It has been a disastrous season for the impending free agent.
