Blue Jays optioned RHP Neil Wagner to Triple-A Buffalo. He entered camp with a shot at a bullpen spot, but as Sportsnet.ca's Ben Nicholson-Smith notes, the fact that Wagner has options left could have worked against him. Wagner allowed five runs but struck out eight over 5 2/3 spring innings.
