Blue Jays claimed RHP Cody Wade off waivers from the Yankees. Wade was designated for assignment by the Bombers earlier this month. The 29-year-old right-hander had a disappointing 6.46 ERA this season, despite an impressive 38/8 K/BB ratio over 39 innings. Blue Jays GM Alex Anthopoulos is hoping he'll have better luck north of the border.
