Blue Jays activated RHP Dustin McGowan from the 60-day disabled list. McGowan hasn't pitched in a major league game since 2008 because of shoulder surgery and a string of subsequent arm injuries. The 29-year-old looked sharp during a lengthy minor league rehab assignment and should do fine as a long reliever for Toronto. He also has the ability to make spot starts.
