Bloomquist (knee) had micro fracture surgery Friday and is done for the season, the Seattle Times' Ryan Divish reports. This shouldn't come as a surprise, as we already knew he would need surgery, and the only thing that wasn't clear was how long he would be out. Feel free to cut ties with the utility infielder in single-season leagues.
