Blake Hawksworth will undergo arthroscopic surgery Wednesday to clean up scar tissue and a bone spur in his right elbow. Tony Jackson of ESPN Los Angeles reports that he'll need 4-6 weeks to recover. Hawksworth, who turns 29 in March, posted a 4.08 ERA and a 43/17 K/BB ratio over 53 innings with the Dodgers last season.
