Blake Hawksworth (elbow) is scheduled to begin a rehab assignment at High-A Rancho Cucamonga next week. Hawksworth threw a simulated game last Thursday, but will have to make notable progress to return before the All-Star break. He underwent surgery in January to remove a bone spur and scar tissue in his elbow.
