Blake Beavan yielded three earned runs over 6 2/3 innings in Sunday's loss to the Rangers. Beavan struck out three, walked two and gave up six hits. The only runs he allowed came on a Mitch Moreland three-run jack in the second inning. It's a solid outing for the rookie, but the Mariners' inept offense is going to cap his fantasy upside. A potential start in Fenway Park next time out could be ugly for Beavan.
