Blake Beavan was tagged for six runs in 6 1/3 innings by the Red Sox on Friday. Safeco Field couldn't protect Beavan from giving up three homers tonight. He's in the best possible situation to succeed in Seattle, but good left-handed power hitters are bound to have success against him. He's now 3-3 with a 3.59 ERA in seven starts.
