Barry Zito will start on Wednesday against the Red Sox in place of the injured Chad Gaudin (carpal tunnel syndrome). Zito was booted from the rotation late last month, but injury has given him another shot. He should get at least a couple starts while Gaudin is on the shelf but should be avoided for fantasy purposes.
