Barry Zito was torched for six runs over seven innings by the Phillies on Tuesday. He struck out four, walked two and gave up six hits. Zito was done in primarily by the long ball, as five runs came via three homers. He was pitching on ten days rest after having his last start skipped because he was blasted for eight runs his last time out. Zito was 3-0 with a 1.29 ERA since coming off the DL prior to those two stinkers.
