Barry Zito allowed four runs in just 3 1/3 innings in a loss to the Phillies on Tuesday. Zito lost his fifth straight decision and fell to 4-8 on the year. The lefty allowed five hits and two walks while striking out just two in the outing. Despite his struggles -- he now owns a 5.09 ERA and 1.68 WHIP -- the Giants continue to run him out for lack of better starting options. For fantasy purposes, though, he should remain on the waiver wire.
