Baker (triceps) will not make his next scheduled start Friday against the Angels, Jeff Wilson of Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports. Scratched last weekend due to a bout of right triceps tendinitis, Baker has reported improvement in recent days but still is not ready to pitch. Lisalverto Bonilla will draw another start in his absence, but the hope is likely that Baker can return and make one more start before the year is out.
