Bailey (shoulder) has decelerated his rehab process after feeling discomfort following a bullpen session last week, Jeff Fletcher of the Orange County Register reports.

Bailey has already been out a month with shoulder inflammation and it appears he'll be sidelined for a bit longer following the setback. The 32-year-old reliever stopped throwing for a few days after the incident and says he won't return to the mound until he feels the pain has completely subsided. "It's frustrating but we have to take it one day at a time," he said. "Just listen to the trainers and doctors and continue to move forward." Look for Jose Alvarez and Blake Parker to continue splitting setup man duties for a couple more weeks.
