Bailey made just 10 appearances with the Yankees this season, recording a 5.19 ERA and 1.62 WHIP in 8.2 innings. He could be an interesting buy-low candidate for a pitching-needy team this offseason, but his fantasy value will largely be determined by his health -- the 31-year-old has pitched in just 52.2 innings the past three seasons.
