The Angels optioned Adell to Triple-A Salt Lake on Tuesday.
EDGE Analysis
Adell was recalled Monday to serve as a temporary roster replacement for Eduardo Escobar, who was on the restricted list for personal reasons. Now that Escobar is back, Adell will head back to Triple-A, where he has shone with a .273/.364/.583 slash line.
