Aviles (personal) is expected to be activated from the Restricted List on Monday, Paul Hoynes of the Northeast Ohio Media Group reports. Aviles continues to tend to a matter regarding his daughter, but thankfully it sounds as though the issue may be resolved. He'll likely rejoin the Indians on Monday as a result, though the move hasn't been made official yet.
