Avila (head) remains out of the lineup Wednesday against the Twins, Jason Beck of MLB.com reports. Avila is now set to miss a third straight start, after taking a foul ball off his facemask during Sunday's finale against Cleveland. The team said he was just dealing with some lightheadedness and still has not given any indication that he could be dealing with a concussion, so a return following Thursday's off day seems entirely possible. Bryan Holaday draws another start in his absence.
