Avila (head) remains out of the lineup Tuesday against the Twins, Jason Beck of MLB.com reports. Another foul ball off Avila's facemask Sunday resulted in some lightheadedness and his early exit from the game, and he's now set to miss a second straight start. The same thing happened to Avila earlier this month, but he missed just three games then and it doesn't sound like he's in danger of missing extended time due to his latest setback. Bryan Holaday draws another start behind the plate Tuesday.
