Baltimore Orioles outfield prospect Austin Hays (ankle), the No. 4 prospect in the organization, started a running program on Monday after having surgery on Sept. 13 to repair a stress fracture and cartilage defects in his left ankle. Two screws were inserted into his ankle and a bone graft was performed to prevent a cyst from returning.
