Athletics recalled RHP Joey Devine from Triple-A Sacramento; placed him on the 60-day disabled list. Devine has been diagnosed with a right rhomboid strain and remains out indefinitely. The move clears a roster spot for Kila Ka'aihue, who was acquired via trade on Tuesday.
