Athletics placed OF Craig Gentry on the 15-day disabled list with a broken right hand. Ouch. Gentry presumably broke his hand on a bunt attempt Sunday. The A's have called up prospect outfielder Billy Burns to take his place on the active roster, but they are going to have to hope that Coco Crisp's neck issue isn't serious. Gentry is obviously going to be sidelined for a while.
