Astros sent RHP Kyle Farnsworth outright to Triple-A Oklahoma City. Farnsworth, 38, posted a rough 6.17 ERA in 11 2/3 innings for Houston. The Astros have called up Jose Veras from the Triple-A level in a corresponding roster move.
