Astros prospect 1B Jonathan Singleton went 2-for-5 with his 13th home run of the season on Monday for Triple-A Oklahoma City. The long ball was Singleton's first since May 12, and it pulled him out of an 11-game skid during which he batted .158 with zero extra-base hits and 12 strikeouts. Overall, the 22-year-old is batting .272/.392/.550 with nine doubles, 39 RBI and a 49/36 strikeout-to-walk ratio through 49 games. He figures to be the next Astros prospect to join George Springer in the major leagues, possibly as soon as next month.
