Astros placed OF Justin Maxwell on the 15-day disabled list with a left ankle injury. He'll have arthroscopic surgery to remove loose bodies from the ankle, which will sideline him for 4-6 weeks. Maxwell is batting just .231 this year for the Astros, but they'll miss his pop, as he's gone deep eight times while driving in 24 runs.
