Astros placed OF Dexter Fowler on the 15-day disabled list, retroactive to June 27, with a right intercostal strain. Fowler hasn't played since last Thursday due to the injury and will now receive some extended rest. Alex Presley figures to get most of the playing time in center field until he's ready to return.
