Peacock posted an ugly 6.01 ERA at Triple-A last season, but he struck out over a batter per inning and still boasts middle-of-the-rotation upside. The 25-year-old should get a chance to compete for a rotation spot with the Astros, something he wouldn't have had a shot to do in Oakland.
