India had surgery to "clean up" his ankle as soon as the season ended, C. Trent Rosecrans of The Athletic reports. It's considered to be a minor procedure that will allow India to have a normal offseason.

We've occasionally seen the rehab on these seemingly innocuous procedures last longer than expected, but India is expected to be ready for spring training nonetheless.
