Angels recalled RHP Matt Shoemaker from Triple-A Salt Lake. As expected, Shoemaker will make the start Tuesday against the Phillies. The 27-year-old had a 6.31 ERA through five starts in Triple-A this season and isn't a recommended option in fantasy leagues.
